New version of our Funduc Software's award-winning Directory Toolkit (v 6.4) is pending. Unicode script files are now supported by the program and TAR file headers contain a corrected flag. Please stay tuned...

Funduc Software Touch is released as Freeware. It can be downloaded from here and allows changing of attributes and created and access date in addition to the Modified Date. Also, a specified number of seconds can be added to each file's date/time stamp. We decided the Touch functionality currently provided in Search and Replace was better provided as a separate program and since it is fairly trivial, it is our New Year's present to our customers and visitors.

Resource Translation Toolkit is released. It is a shareware utility we developed for our own translation needs. The program is meant to simplify translation work on po, rc (Windows API), resx (.Net) and properties (Java) files and is Windows 7/Vista/XP compatible with 32/64-bit versions. It uses a Translation Memory (.tmx or .pot format) containing unique translated strings to generate translated assemblies, DLLs or catalog files (.mo or Java resources).

Version 6.4 of Search and Replace is released. Search and Replace looks through multiple files for a string and can also replace it with another string. It can search subdirectories and ZIP files and do case sensitive or insensitive searches. Program is Windows 7/Vista/XP compatible with 32/64-bit versions. More Unicode functionality was added and Binary Mode selection was also adjusted for Unicode.

Duplicate File Finder version 3.1 was released. It is a utility that identifies duplicate files in one or more paths. Unlike other utilities that only check file names, Duplicate File Finder performs a binary comparison of file contents and can locate files that are alike regardless of names. Program is Windows 7/Vista/XP compatible with 32/64-bit versions. The new version improves the selected file statistics on the status bar and no longer requires the MS runtime DLL be installed on user's systems.

Application Mover version 4.1 was released. Moves installed programs from one path to another on your hard disk. Program is Windows 7/Vista/XP compatible with 32/64-bit versions. Application Mover takes files found in the path you specify and moves them to a new path, then changes windows registry, ini and shortcut references to the new path. Vista and Windows 7 compatibility were improved since shortcut locations are slightly different than on older operating systems.
